This study aims to provide an overview of the support telenursing methods carried out by families undergoing palliative care programs for cancer patients. research method uses a qualitative design with phenomenological approach model. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews six participants. Snowball sampling data retrieval method. analysis using Colaizzi The results this show that when program, is practical and easy-to-use application services provided are consuming. makes it easier carry care, in addition saving costs, Juda can save time, so use their time do daily work. concludes patients must be given socialization about mastering applications online consultations they able willing these methods.
