The development of highly efficient and environmentally friendly machines requires the use new technologies that are created using innovative design solutions materials. This also applies to various types propulsion units, such as gas microturbines or combustion engines. Although these have been known for many years, by components, it is still possible improve their performance. article presents an experimental study conducted on a foil bearing polymer coating anti-friction material.
