A bstract We study the dynamical properties of a strongly scrambling quantum circuit involving projective measurement on finite-sized region by studying operator entanglement entropy and mutual information (OEE BOMI) dual state that corresponds to this circuit. The time-dependence OEE exhibits new behavior entanglement, namely an additional fractional coefficient accompanies linear time growth OEE.
