Enhancing <em>in vitro</em> growth of wheat seedlings under water stress using biopriming

Purpose: Providing food for the world, growing population becomes more difficult with increase of abiotic stresses due to climate change. The production wheat, which is a major crop under threat drought stress. aim this experiment was find out what extent biopriming reduced effects on wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Slemani-2) seedling growth in vitro conditions. Research Method: In planted seedlings were subjected conditions using three different watering regimes (normal [control], ½ reduced, and ¾ reduced) after seeds Azospirillum lipoferum, Frateuria aurantia, Chlorella saccharophila. Physiological traits characteristics measured. ANOVA performed according factorial layout completely randomized experimental design replications Microsoft Windows based COSTAT software (version 6.3). Findings: results showed that had effect chlorophyll concentration root characteristics, especially water application. A. lipoferum C. saccharophila beneficial than F. aurantia. such as enhanced biopriming, hence photosynthesis, characters, nutrient uptake. Limitations: availability previous studies data microorganisms used werethe main constrain study. Conducting study controlled greenhouse until harvest might provide information parameters will be measured collected, at anthesis stage it crucial stage. Originality/ Value: This research provides possible method reduce impact crops by suggesting new microorganisms.
