چکیده

Early, rapid and ultrasensitive diagnosis of COVID-19 to facilitate high-throughput analysis without a high degree technical expertise or sophisticated equipment is necessary expand testing capability. Leveraging interdisciplinary proficiency in analytical chemistry, biomedical instrumentation, molecular biology, microfluidics, nanotechnology, considerable advances have been made develop novel diagnostic tool that assures superior key performances for diagnosis. This review summarizes the nano-enabled systems such as electrochemical nanobiosensor SARS-CoV-2 virus detection emphasizes promising techniques extensively practices during pandemic. Currently, three main methods widely used pandemic: nucleic acid (NA)-based testing, computed tomography (CT), serological testing. NA-based Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction has become gold standard congregates significant contributions research area, which helpful further development. Although many efforts were taken detect SARS-CoV-2, COVID 19 still relies on expensive prolonged analysis. A reliable alternative utilization low-cost can rapidly diagnose disease even asymptomatic conditions with reliability sensitivity.

Qualitative Research in COVID 19 Pandemic

Introduction: Quantitative research is not suitable for COVID pandemic research because it does not cover the social consequences of qualitative research. COVID 19 is a social event that is important because of the disruption of the natural order of society. To defeat the disease, social interaction is needed, so qualitative research is appropriate to find the challenges and experiences of soci...
