چکیده
The electrical submersible pump (ESP) is widely used in the oil industry as an artificial lift method deep wells, and its primary application of ESP to increase flow rate. Information such intake discharge pressure, reservoir motor winding temperature, etc., provide critical data necessary ensure proper system operation optimize production. In this article, downhole parameter monitoring proposed. Potentiometers are generates analog signals, emulating sensors. information sent up surface based on current loop through same power cable by DC signals overlapping AC proposed design. article details construction communication protocol electronic circuits telemetry. tests were carried out oil-producing company validate telemetry system’s reliability accuracy. good results robust design demonstrated it be a promising sensor for industrial applications.

Real Time Failure Prediction in Electrical Submersible Pumps
As oil fields age, artificial lift systems are required to maintain production levels when reservoir pressures get too low. Failure of an ESP in a well can stop production or even lead to a dangerous event. ESPs are fitted with downhole monitoring units that transmit streams of data back to the surface including: motor temperature, pump intake pressure, intake temperature motor vibration, and m...
متن کاملOptimal control strategies with nonlinear optimization for an Electric Submersible Pump lifted oil field
In an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) lifted oil field, the ESP of each oil well should be operated inside its operating window. The total power consumed by the ESPs in the oil field should be minimized. The speed of the ESPs and the production choke valve opening should be optimally chosen for maximizing the total oil produced from the oil field. At the same time, the capacity of the separator...

Radio telemetry equipment has significantly improved over the last 10-15 years and is increasingly being used in research for monitoring a variety of physiological parameters in non-sedated animals. The aim of this review is to provide an update on the current state of development of radio telemetry for recording respiration. Our literature review found only rare reports of respiratory studies ...

In this study was observed the maintenance task of submersible pumps septic tanks installed in industrial bathrooms. This maintenance activity operators are exposed to various biological and ergonomic risks. This type of activity requires its great physical performers who are also subject to contact with human waste in the form of liquids, gases and solids. Besides the problems mentioned, are s...
متن کاملElectric pumps and hyperbaric treatment.
To the Editor:—We read with interest the case report and the study of Sanchez-Guijo et al., which describes the failure of patient-controlled analgesia pumps in a hyperbaric environment. We have experience with this problem. Electronic infusion pumps function in a fashion similar to a patient-controlled analgesia pump. We have observed unexplained low blood pressure in some patients treated by ...
