چکیده
Ceramic materials have many striking prospects as temperature sensors. Still, some inevitable shortcomings comprising toxicity, low biocompatibility, extensive response well recovery times, poor sensitivity, and hysteresis obstruct them from various progressive uses. Therefore, in this current exploration, a capacitive sensor has been designed developed using lead-free ferroelectric ceramic Bi(Fe 2/3 Ta xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1/3 )O xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3 (BFT) by solid-state sintering technique. Compared with the conventional sensor, proposed BFT-based relatively high sensitivity of 280 fF/°C, fast time (4.27 s), (7.39 s). The provides reversible excellent repeatability over multiple cycles. sensor’s recorded for thirty days to confirm long-term stability. sensing properties non-toxic BFT make it very promising electronic component development high-performance sensors advanced applications.

Low temperature co-fired ceramic packaging of CMOS capacitive sensor chip towards cell viability monitoring
Cell viability monitoring is an important part of biosafety evaluation for the detection of toxic effects on cells caused by nanomaterials, preferably by label-free, noninvasive, fast, and cost effective methods. These requirements can be met by monitoring cell viability with a capacitance-sensing integrated circuit (IC) microchip. The capacitance provides a measurement of the surface attachmen...
متن کاملA Special Laboratory Method to Prepare Colored Ceramic Glazes Without Lead, Using a traditional Glazing Technique
In this research, an ancient Iranian ceramic technology, which was published previously for the first time, has been used to produce various colored ceramic glazes. The color of such ancient glazes was always blue and the suitable body for that is unique due to high quartz content. There is no report of other color productions in productive workshop and scientific publications. The basic purp...
متن کاملCorn Moisture Measurement using a Capacitive Sensor
Corn moisture content is the main factor of effecting corn safe transportation and storage, and is also an indispensable measurement part when it is used to feed, food and industry. Due to large particle size, corn will produce large gap during measuring moisture content. Because air has much influence on dielectric constant of the device, moisture content is not precision. In all kinds of corn...
متن کاملA High Temperature Capacitive Humidity Sensor Based on Mesoporous Silica
Capacitive sensors are the most commonly used devices for the detection of humidity because they are inexpensive and the detection mechanism is very specific for humidity. However, especially for industrial processes, there is a lack of dielectrics that are stable at high temperature (>200 °C) and under harsh conditions. We present a capacitive sensor based on mesoporous silica as the dielectri...
