Developing the data management component of an academic discipline program for an educational management information system

Objectives . The need to apply methods and models support the educational process at universities including formation management of academic discipline programs (ADPs) is determined by growing for active implementation various automation tools integrated information systems, which arise in response a number regulatory legal factors. Such social factors result significant increase volume categories circulating within business processes an organization, as well expansion requirements ensuring protection, storage, transmission information. In recent years, Government Russian Federation has approved national “Digital Economy” “Education” projects (including Federal Project Educational Environment”) emphasizing role informatization digitalization education. this connection, obvious discrepancy arises between theoretical characteristics flows existing organizations its collection, processing, analysis, application used practice. One most important conceptual components higher education institutions ADP, organizes relationship process: curriculum, competencies, training areas, learning technologies, conducting control check students’ knowledge. labor-intensive variable nature ADP development requires introduction technologies. Thus, aim present work analyze structure institutional order identify necessary software requirements. Methods classification systems according criteria, key disciplines, considered. Results An analysis links entities presented. functionality self-developed module implementing RTU MIREA aimed providing interconnection, transparency, availability parameters sections. Conclusions Introducing allows reducing time spent on developing program universal templates along with possibility autofilling tracking current status ADPs, increasing level awareness participants process.
