Developing soft skills of youth: regional experience

چکیده
This article is devoted to the problem of developing soft skills in youth Chelyabinsk region (the Russian Federation). The young generation requires possessing moral and ethical qualities values, leading tool for formation which education. aim this study analyze generalize people develop educational technologies at university aimed these skills. structural components include: emotional intelligence ability recognize manage feelings emotions, understand influence emotions other people, empathy, rapport); communicative (interpersonal skills, teamwork collaboration, organizational negotiation public speaking skills). system implemented university, implies: 1) inclusion students into activities volunteer organizations associations; 2) implementation social university; 3) modeling extreme pedagogical situations process university.
