The article deals with the problem of building stacked pallet load units consisting at least two stackable units. Moreover, this concerns part flow goods in distribution networks that is prepared place initial assembly form palletized loading designed for final receiver. Such a unit does not exceed limits permissible weight or height. proposes single-criteria binary programming model which goal to minimize spaces required accommodate constructed In addition classical parameters acceptable and height units, constraints also take into account fragility placed on each unit, filling top layer its homogeneity. developed was verified test dataset, savings from use optimum construction cargo were demonstrated through conducted experiments.
