Conceptual methodological framework for integrated human settlements’ development planning

Comprehensive development of human settlements ensures balanced and sustainable development. This result is achieved by improving the quality urban environment, creating conditions for social improvement, transport infrastructure, improvement architectural operational characteristics construction objects, as well housing population. Integrated territories should be considered a system, general vector which characterized increasing satisfaction life needs population here now, in foreseeable future. At same time, balance between all elements system has to observed. Of particular interest purposes integrated planning efficient unused industrial areas.
