ÇOCUKLUK ÇAĞI ZEHİRLENMELERİNİN GERİYE DÖNÜK OLARAK İNCELENMESİ

Aim: The aim is to determine the extent of types poisoning and factors influencing them. Method: study was carried out between January July 2019. Hospital records 107 cases who had presented pediatric emergency department for were retrospectively reviewed. In analysis, descriptive statistics chi-square tests from univariate analyses used. SPSS 20.0 package program used analyze data. Results: 49.5% girls, 5.6% villagers. 51.4% poisonings occurred in spring, 68.2% oral, pharmacological caused 51.4%. Poisoning type observed 17.4% less frequently age group 6-12 years than other groups, 60.3% those lived city center district, 75.3% took drug orally by means (p<0.05). 33.6% 12:00-17:59. When analyzed group, are most common 0-5 with 62.6%. Symptoms developed after 72.0% cases. poisoning, supportive treatment commonly applied method, 79.4%.
