Co-Production of Digital Public Services in Austrian Public Administrations

In the digital transformation of public administrations, objectives are no longer simply implementation new technology, but involvement all stakeholders into process digitalization. The Digital Roadmap Austrian government emphasizes need co-production services as a key element to service delivery and, subsequently, innovation sector. To understand how in is implemented Austria, we conducted interviews with 41 experts from administrations order who involved such processes, they involved, and what outcomes be achieved.
