Tertiary care hospital is a large health set up which always engaged in emergency and non-emergency cases. Present study an observational done on the patients who visited Jayabharath hospital. This mainly depicts present patient understanding levels regarding his status. The carried out for period of four months out- department. Many people visiting are low at levels. In scenario hypertension, diabetes, alcoholism, depression etc most prevailing diseases require regular follow-ups to check disease progress. These condition requires medications alas! Patients non-adherent. reason behind decreases adherence lack counseling time mandatory system earlier used get diagnosed receive return their homes without proper counseling. And now after establishment each every counseled. total 5154 3499 female 1655 male approached benefited with provided. these 4126 non-adherent 1028 adherent .After many themselves came forward progress got counseled next visits. given space discuss problem accordingly. Each various grounds about disease, drugs, life style modifications, diet condition. After status patient’s improved that 3074 showed medications. Patient major requirement public better good therapeutic outcome.
