Characterization of material sintered from the final flotation waste and zeolitic tuff

چکیده
The paper deals with the characteristics of synthesized glass-ceramics obtained by sintering a mixture final flotation waste (FFW) tuff at 1260?C for 7 h, followed annealing pressed samples 1080oC 36 h. experiments were done in order to find possibility valorization material (FFW). By thermal treatment mixtures T20 (20 % tuff, 80 FFW) and T40 (40 60 temperature 1260oC over period hours, is dendritic structure. consists two phases: iron oxide crystals (maghemite, magnetite, hematite) glass an approximate ratio phases 32/68 (T20) 23/77 (T40), respectively. relatively small shrinkage (up %) enables reliable control when designing given shape indicating that such can be used as basis obtaining construction material. synthesis (T20 T40) h produces have high coefficient sound attenuation, which indicates good acoustic insulating properties.
