Background and Objective: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is defined as the enlargement of prostate gland in presence urinary symptoms without any evidence malignancy. For patients who have failed medical treatment first line therapy, surgical intervention will be administered treatment. Hemorrhage one most dreadful serious complications surgery. Materials Methods: This study was conducted on 87 with benign prostatic hyperplasia, underwent (open prostatectomy transurethral resection prostate) for a year.
