The polyphenol content in leaves, such flavonoids and tannins, has observed a potential anti-inflammatory.Methods: Thirty white male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups. Group 0 (negative control group) was given base cream, group 1 (positive control) 2.5% hydrocortisone 2 10% moringa extract 3 12% 4 14% cream. One hour after treatment applied plantar area, all mice induced with 0.1 ml of 1% carrageenan. thickness rat paw edema measured every for 6 hours using caliper.Results: This study showed significant difference between cream entire groups (p<0.05).
