Germanides are an interesting class of two-component systems which consist metal and germanium. They similar in their structure with silicides but have the specific properties. The target investigation was finding main anodic electrochemical behaviour mechanisms for magnesium germanide Mn5Ge3 Na2SO4 aqueous solution.Electrochemical manganese obtained by Czochralski method investigated polarization curves impedance spectroscopy methods accomplished microscopy data. Individual germanium were same way comparison. It established that oxidation process is potential-determining component. passivation associated formation surface oxide films current density oscillations appearing due to bad adhesion film sample, its imperfection discontinuity. nature formed waspartially established. dependence sample on sulphate concentration established: diluted solutions occurs at more positive potentials than concentrated. This phenomenon can be explained different concentrations.
