Analysis on Adjective Suki and Its Co-occurrences in Japanese Youtube’s Comment

Youtube is one of the most famous video-sharing and social networking platforms in world. Due to its comment section function, also plays a role describing perception reaction general public. This study aims examine discourse prosody found adjective suki co-occurrences. mixed-method research where corpus linguistics used for quantitative data analysis and, qualitative method. The comments chosen are five videos from Japan’s number Youtuber, Hajimeshachoo January 2020. Only first 24 hours were picked. findings show that significant na-adjective gathered. Na-adjective mainly co-occurred with an adverb modified mostly elevate sense likeness, adoration, or fondness content and/or creator video. can have both positive negative depending on co-occurrence.
