Imunisasi Tetanus Toxoid (TT) merupakan program pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka penyakit tetanus. Khususnya calon pengantin (Catin) wanita agar terhindar dari kemungkinan terkena tetanus yang menyerang ibu dan bayi akibat persalinan dengan alat tidak steril. Strategi pelaksanaan imunisasi TT salah satu upaya Safe motherhood. Isu ini masih ditemukan pada bagian sosial Sustainable Development (SDGs) mengenai Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) Bayi (AKI). Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengetahuan sikap Catin tentang di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kabupaten Ujung Berung. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh bulan Mei–Agustus 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 53 Catin. deskriptif kuantitatif dilaksanakan melalui metode survei online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kurang separuh memiliki cukup (37,7%) TT. Sebagian besar mendukung (71,7%).
