Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Balance Scorecard dengan pendekatan Human Resources Scorecard

Human resources are employees or individuals who play an important role in the success of a company. scorecard is part Balanced Scorecard that can be used to measure HR performance. This study aims analyze measurement human resource performance with method approach at PT. ISM Pontianak, West Kalimantan Province. The this research descriptive and cross sectional. type data primary data, which obtained from questionnaires containing questions written statements. results found seen indicators work quality, responsibility for work, cooperation colleagues, orientation customers, employee initiative motivation was classified as good. Measurement using balance approach, namely learning growth perspective, internal business process customer perspective financial were good category. company's not only qualified their have initiative, motivated, cooperate, customer-oriented they also implemented principles measuring balanced properly.
