Renal transplantation is the most common procedure in solid organ transplantation. Compered to dialysis, renal offers better quality of life and overall survival for patients. Due improvement surgical technique, imunosupressive therapy medical monitor-ing general, outcome treatment has significantly improved today. The importance anesthesiologists correct performance all procedures during this been shown many studies related outcome. In addition selection anesthesia drugs, it very important pay attention position-ing patient, adequate monitoring, careful fluid re-placement type intra-and postoperative, as well pain control after procedure.
