An unusual case of lateral neck swelling: schwannoma revisited

Lateral neck masses can pose a diagnostic challenge with clinicians across the globe. An algorithmic approach definite investigations usually leads to diagnosing common etiopathogenesis. However, in rare instances it major and an excision biopsy is both investigation as well therapeutic option. Neurilemmomas are group of benign nerve sheath tumours have pre ponderance for occurrence head areas. This case report was one such account unusual mass along its review literature.
