چکیده
Biomaterials are being extensively used in regenerative medicine including tissue engineering applications, as these enhance development, repair, and help the process of angiogenesis. Wound healing is a crucial biological regeneration ruptured after getting injury to skin other soft humans animals. Besides, accumulation microbial biofilms around wound surface can increase risk physically obstruct activity, may even lead amputation. Hence, both acute chronic wounds, prominent biomaterials required for along with antimicrobial agents. This review comprehensively addresses effects chitosan, chitin, cellulose acetate, hyaluronic acid, pullulan, bacterial cellulose, fibrin, alginate, etc. based dressing fabricated natural resources such honey, plant bioactive compounds, marine-based polymers. Due their excellent biocompatibility biodegradability, compounds derived from plants, marine commonly biomedical applications. Different types polymer-based hydrogel, film, scaffold, nanofiber, sponge dressings agents curcumin, tannin, quercetin, andrographolide, gelatin, carrageenan, etc., exhibit significant in, diabetic ulcers, burns, cartilage repair good effects. Among reviewed biomaterials, carbohydrate polymers chitosan-based widely applications followed by acid alginate-based loaded plant, compounds. first provides an overview vast formulate different treatment antimicrobial, acute, processes.

Recent developments in superporous hydrogels.
Superporous hydrogels (SPHs) were originally developed as a novel drug delivery system to retain drugs in the gastric medium. These systems should instantly swell in the stomach and maintain their integrity in the harsh stomach environment, while releasing the pharmaceutical active ingredient. For years, the synthetic features and properties of these SPH materials have been modified and improve...
متن کاملThe Rise of the Military and the Prospects of Politico-Economic Developments in Egypt
Although the 2011 uprisings in Egypt led to the fall of Hosni Mubarak, they have not yet been able to change the nature of the country’s political system. A year after the country’s first non-military president took office, Egypt’s political situation became more or less similar to the way it had been before 2011. The structure of the relationship between the state and the society in Egypt, hig...
متن کاملBiomaterials of Marine Crustaceans – Prospects and Perspectives
Food processing produces large quantities of by-products. Disposal of waste can lead to environmental and human health problems, yet often they can be turned into high value, useful products. Crustacean shell wastes from shrimp, crab, lobster, and krill contain large amounts of chitin, a polysaccharide that may be extracted after deproteinisation and demineralization of the exoskeletons .crusta...
متن کاملBiomaterials and medical implant science.
I just returned from a conference at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) titled "Biomaterials and Medical Implant Science." This meeting's recommendations will undoubtedly influence much of what we do, or plan to do, ill biomaterials and biomechanics research in the rest of this decade and into the next century. Accordingly, the JOMI readership should be most interested in the meeting's res...
