In the literature, terms “flexibility” and “muscle length” are often used synonymously when referring to ability of muscles be lengthened their end range. The flexibility hamstring muscle is important in prevention injury, muscular postural imbalance maintenance a full range joint movement optimal musculoskeletal function enhanced performance day-to-day activities. To evaluate comparative effectiveness modified hold-relax technique ballistic stretching for increasing football players. This study includes (N=50) subjects with tightness within age group 18-28 years. They were randomly assigned into 2 groups (Group A B). Group had 25 (N=25) who treated Modified hold- relax stretching, B stretching. given intervention 3 sessions per week 4 weeks. ANOVA one way classification was compare between groups.
