Abstract Introduction Fertility and birth control is a worldwide health concerning since it an important issue regarding economic, religious, or social impacts for couples. Women have plenty options oral hormonal anticonception were introduced in daily practice. However, men remain restricted to condoms vasectomy surgery until now 50% of natural conceptions are considered not desired. Many been proposed contraception (hormonal non-hormonal strategies) but still none them seems be safe about efficacy, side effects, reversibility. Alpha-blockers shown effects ejaculation matter debate if those from retrograde impaired sperm emission. Actual data suggest specific alfa-1A blockage effect may achieve azoospermia, however clear when occurs the exact mechanism disorder. Objective The main objective this study determine how semen analysis on concentration affected by tamsulosin 0,8mg 24-hour range after intake.
